To join the HelpDesk for Nonprofits program, you must be a registered nonprofit organization. Please note, some types of organizations aren’t eligible and won’t be allowed into the program.
Business and professional organizations
Legislative or political organizations
Churches, an association of churches, or other religious organizations
Schools, colleges, and related organizations, unless funded exclusively by private donations
Libraries and museums, unless financed exclusively by private donations
Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, or socioeconomic status aren’t eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive products in this program.

Please note that the program verification link is separate from the chat widget code that you publish on your website to connect with your visitors. If all checks out, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll activate your membership in the HelpDesk for Nonprofits program.
To apply, your organization must be a registered non-profit entity according to all your local laws.
