In the HelpDesk system, an agent is a person who has their own login and password and can log into the HelpDesk software.

What payment methods do you offer?Link icon

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you choose monthly billing, payments are made at the beginning of the new billing cycle. If you choose an annual subscription, your card is charged for 12 months upfront.

Is there a free trial?Link icon

Yes, there is! You can discover HelpDesk for 14 days free of charge. During your free trial, you’ll have access to all Team plan features and can add as many agents as you want.

Are there any discounts available?Link icon

You’ll get a 15% discount if you choose an annual subscription.

Can I add or remove agents anytime?Link icon

Yes, you can add or remove an agent account whenever you want.

What if I need more than 14 days?Link icon

We understand that every business is unique, and every entrepreneur has different needs. Contact us, and we’ll be happy to extend your trial period.

Can I add new agents during the billing cycle?Link icon

Yes, you can add new agents at any time. You will be charged the new agent fee immediately, but the amount is prorated based on the number of days remaining in the current billing cycle. For example, if you add an agent on day 15 of a monthly billing cycle, you will pay 50% of the full price for the agent.
