With HelpDesk, you’ll get:

Who is an Agent?
In HelpDesk, an “Agent” is a person that has his own login and a password and is able to log in into HelpDesk software.
What payments methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards. If you choose monthly billing, the payments are made at the beginning of a new billing cycle. If you choose an annual subscription, your card is charged for 12 months upfront.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, there is! You can discover HelpDesk for 14 days free of charge. During your free trial, you’ll have access to all the pro features, and you can add as many Agents as you want.
Is there any discount available?
With an annual subscription, you’ll get a 20% discount. If you represent a non-profit organization, contact us to get a special offer.
Can I add or remove agents anytime?
Yes, you can add or remove an agent’s account whenever you want.
What if I need more than 14 days?
We understand that every business is unique, and every entrepreneur has different needs. Feel free to contact us and we’ll happily extend your trial period.
Can I add new agents during the billing cycle?
Yes, you can add new agents at any time. You’ll be charged for the new agent instantly, however the amount is proportional to the number of days that are left until the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you add an agent in the 15th day of your monthly billing cycle, you’ll pay 50% of the full price per agent.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
